Access

Purchasing any product grants access to the course and any add-ons included with that purchase (essay feedback credits, mock exam entries). Access is tied to your account and isn't transferable to another person.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your card details. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us at the email below.

Your content

Essays you submit for feedback remain yours. We use them only to provide the feedback you requested and don't share them outside that purpose.

Acceptable use

Please don't share your account, or redistribute course content, without our permission. We may suspend or revoke access for accounts found to be in breach of these terms.
